Once you've been labelled with something; a victim, a psychopath, an addict, a criminal...the label always sticks.

Two years ago my husband was labelled a drug dealer, and sent to prison for his crime.

Two years on, he is a reformed man, who has both very much seen the error of his ways, and paid the price for it.

People don't seem to recognise the extreme power which labels hold.

My husband is still labelled a drug dealing criminal to this day. Which makes it easier for individuals to bring his character into question, to try and negatively sway the opinion of someone who has never met him.
